1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroJanamPatrika ("the Service") at astrojanampatrika.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moonlight SkyTech ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

AstroJanamPatrika provides Vedic astrology tools including Kundali (birth chart) generation, Daily Panchang, Kundali Milan (compatibility), Choghadiya, Planetary positions, Rashifal (horoscopes), and AI-powered chart interpretations. Calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris library with Lahiri Ayanamsa.

Disclaimer: Astrological content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise). Do not make important life decisions solely based on astrological readings.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at moonlight.skytech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features are available via paid subscription plans as listed on our Pricing page.
• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or share premium features with non-subscribers.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on AstroJanamPatrika are the property of Moonlight SkyTech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Kundali charts and reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI interpretation feature uses Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated interpretations are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should exercise independent judgment before acting on any interpretation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlight SkyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or decisions made based on astrological content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonlight SkyTech and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active subscription amounts may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
